„DDOR Novi Sad“’s policy of travel health insurance with assistance guarantees the coverage of possible costs of treatment during a stay abroad, in case of a sudden illness or accident.

The policy of travel health insurance with assistance covers costs of outpatient treatment, medications and sanitary supplies, urgent transport to the nearest hospital, costs of diagnostics, costs of dental interventions with the aim of alleviating acute toothache, as well as other costs related to a sudden illness or accident.

Insurance also covers the necessary costs of transporting the insured to his country of residence (repatriation) due to the occurred insured event, pursuant to Insurance Terms and Conditions.

Travel health insurance with assistance includes the following assistance services:

• Medical assistance – services of necessary aid in the organization of the insured’s treatment abroad due to a sudden illness or consequences of an accident, including the organization of the insured’s transport to his country of residence, due to the occurred insured event.
• Travel assistance – in case of loss or delay of luggage, theft or loss of documents, i.e. accident while traveling.
• Legal assistance – in case of an accident during the insured’s travel and stay outside his country of residence.

Depending on your needs and travel arrangements, this policy can be concluded for individuals, groups, or families. Persons aged up to 85 are eligible for insurance.

The policy must be concluding before the start of travel.

• Costs of outpatient treatment and medications that you possible paid on your own, can be refunded upon return to the country, based on the original medical documentation and invoices.
• The insurance beneficiary is obliged to submit the claim for reimbursement of costs within a month from the day of completed treatment or transport, i.e. return to the country.
