The „DDOR Novi Sad“ family boasts over 900,000 clients, and 1,712 emloyees and external associates. „DDOR Novi Sad“ is accessible to clients throughout Serbia over the wide network divided in eight regions. DDOR has 23 branch offices, 16 operating units, 25 local offices and 27 business offices.

Operating results

In 2010, gross written premium was 10.363 billion dinars or 98.2 million euros. Motor vehicle insurance and other property are represented with a total of 35 percent, MTPL covers 29 percent of total premium, and insurance against accidents, 11 percent. The biggest growth was in the area of life insurance- 5.9 percent, and this insurance now occupys about 5 percent of total written premium.

Plans

In the upcoming period, „DDOR Novi Sad“ plans to strengthen its retail portfolio, and small and medium enterprises portfolio, as well as to continue with developing life insurance market.
